Address Book
At this time, we regret that only 50 addresses can be stored in your ship to address book. If you are shipping the same product to multiple recipients, feel free to put the first recipient as the "ship to" address and detail in the comments field the addresses of the other recipients. We are working on additional upgrades to our store that will allow you to store many more addresses for all of your recipients. Currently, once your 50 are filled, you will need to edit one of the addresses to ship to another. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Payment Method (Check/Money Order)
Susan's Basket Store accepts payment by check or money order. Orders must be placed by phone prior to sending check or money order. To order by phone you may call our toll free number 866-650-1234. You will be emailed an order number and your gift purchase will be processed upon receipt of check or money order. Check or money order should be made payable to "Susan's Basket Store". Send all payments to Susan's Basket Store, P.O. Box 130562, The Woodlands, Texas, 77382. Susan's Basket Store will not be responsible for delays in delivery of orders that have not been initiated by phone, prior to sending payment. Please note that items are not guaranteed to be in stock upon receipt of your payment by check or money order. If your gift choice is not available we will substitute a gift of equal or greater value. If you do not wish your gift to be substituted in case your selection is out of stock, please indicate such in the comments field of your order.

Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your order differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. You should contact your credit card company to check the address they have on file for AVS (Address Verification System) purposes.
If your transaction was declined due to AVS Mismatch (Billing address provided does not match Billing address of cardholder), please do not attempt to resubmit your request, as it will send multiple authorization requests to your banking institution and place holds on your funds. Please contact your banking institution to verify that the Master Billing address they have on file is the same as you entered when you registered.
My order was declined. Will I be charged for this order?
You may see pending charges on your account even though the order was declined. When an order is placed on our website, the transaction is sent to the bank for verification of the billing address entered, and for availability of funds. The bank holds the funds for that transaction, even if the order is then declined for other reasons. The hold will drop off automatically in two to three business days, since the transaction was not completed. Some banks, such as credit unions, may take longer or have additional restrictions on transactions.
Gourmet Gifts
While we attempt if at all possible to deliver the exact gift product contents, occasionally particular gift content items are unavailable. If gourmet gift products are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute similar products with similar or the same contents of equal or greater value. If your gourmet gift is ordered and we are out of stock we will either contact you for a substitute of equal value or we will upgrade your gift purchase with a similar basket of greater value.

All Herb and flower products beginning with item numbers beginning with GRFL, are guaranteed* to arrive fresh and beautiful every time you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product quality upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional charge.
To ensure that your gift arrives in a timely fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is complete and accurate. Most herbs and flowers are delivered next day by Overnight Courier. All orders have a signature release that enables the courier to release the shipment at the requested location without a signature (if deemed to be a safe location). This may not apply to apartments, hospitals, schools and companies, where a signature may be requested. Ultimately it is up to the courier whether or not to leave the package.
It is important that any care and handling information is read and followed carefully. Care information is designed to supply your recipient with the ability to enhance the enjoyment of your gift for as long as possible. Floral care information is also available on our website.

*Guarantee is valid for 7 days**. Any problems must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 7 days** of receiving all products (with the exception of plant products).
*Guarantee is valid for 30 days for plant products. Any problems must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving a plant product.
** Product received during the week prior to and including Valentine's Day is guaranteed for 2 - 3 days. Any problems must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 2 - 3 days of receiving all products (with the exception of plant products) during the Valentine's Day season.
Greeting Card Notes
Greeting card notes are limited to 150 characters, if the greeting is longer than this limit then Susan's Basket Store reserves the right to truncate and other wise revise the greeting to fit the 150 character constraint.
