Shipping Thanksgiving 2005

A reminder, we will not be shipping orders on Thursday 11/24/2005 or Friday 11/25/2005. All orders received during the Thanksgiving four day weekend will ship on Monday 11/28/2005.

Why does my Credit Card get Declined?

We have had some customers ask why their credit card gets declined.

For the protection of cardholders, and fraud prevention, our credit card authorization system requires billing address verification. If the billing address for your credit card does not match the address that you entered, your card will be declined. The billing address on file with your credit card must be the exact same street and zip address that you enter for the cardholder's billing address. This protects you as the cardholder from unauthorized use of your card and protects us as Merchants from receiving charge backs due to fraud.

Check or Money Order

It has come to our attention that there have been some orders that were submitted to our site as payment by "Check or Money Order" and they were meant to be payment by "Credit Card". Please be careful when placing your order and verify the correct payment type is selected for your order.

If you enter the Credit Card information and select payment by "Check or Money Order" the Credit Card information will be ignored but the order will be submitted and confirmed as the payment type will be "Check or Money Order". So the order will not ship until a payment is received at our address displayed on the order complete page.

Please be aware of the payment type option when submitting your order. Select the "Credit Card" payment type when using a credit card.

Q: Can I send a gift card with a personalized message in my gift baskets?
A: Yes! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Q: Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?
A: Yes you can. When ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like them to ship in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier, you can order your gifts when you have the time and still have them delivered when you want them to.

Q: What if an item is not in stock?
A: If an item in a gift basket, the gift basket itself, or any other item, is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to offer a similar substitute item of equal or greater value at no extra charge. You may choose to substitute at that time or cancel your order.

Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
A: Most deliveries arrive within 3-7 business days shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Orders must be placed by 9:00am CST to ship the same day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days unless specified as a shipping option for individual products.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website. You may also call us toll free. Processing hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. CST

Q: What forms of payment does your business accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, cashiers check and personal checks. We will hold orders until funds clear if paying by personal check. For payment options not available on the website please contact us via the contact form to make payment arrangements or send an email to: sales@susansbasketstore.com.

Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: State law requires us to collect sales tax on all basket deliveries to Texas.
